Junior Bakers

Rolls, cookies, pizza, and a whole lot of flour. Campers bake from scratch in a university kitchen lab, then build their own recipe book to take home and cook from all year.

What the week looks like

Every day runs on the 1:1 rule: a minute of instruction earns a minute of hands-on time. No grades, no quizzes, no ranking anyone against anyone.
